"I began to take
the kickboxing class approximately around November 2008.
I am 54 years old and although fairly active, my
body has been changing in it's tone ness and sagging in
certain
areas. I would say around 8 weeks of classes, I have
begun to see that my buttocks are perking up, not looking sad
anymore and my arms have been slowly and gradually
increasing in firmness and toned. I have been able to
beat my son who is 10 at our usual races from
