Plaza at Welcher Avenue in Peekskill, NY.  Our program focuses on building confidence in children. Along with programs in Bully Prevention and how to deal with bullies, we teach martial arts fitness for men, women, and children. Our core program focuses on instilling Self-Control, Focus, Self-Discipline, Goal Setting, Positive Attitudes and Respect in each student whether they are 4 years old or 64 years old. Each student will be on a journey of a lifetime creating a sharper, supple body and discover themselves in a unique way.  Along with martial arts for children we have Men and Women Fitness Kickboxing classes as well as Zumba and Yoga for adults.
